The project was approved on February 21, with a targeted completion date of December 21, aligning with the upcoming new year.<\/p><p>A cross-functional team consisting of development, design, and content experts was assembled to execute the project. As a key member of this team, I played the role of product design, collaborating closely with ICL&#8217;s lead designer, Play-it&#8217;s project manager, and ICL&#8217;s think tank.<\/p><p>The project&#8217;s initial approach focused on creating engaging virtual games representing each of the service values.
