Project Background
In 2022, our team successfully developed multiple sports and health platforms catering to customers worldwide. Among these projects, Cadence stood out as an innovative initiative, driven by the vision of connecting remote workers through shared tasks, challenges, and sports games. The primary objective was to create an engaging 4-week-long game that encouraged teams and individuals to compete in a series of diverse sports challenges.
The Cadence project marked a groundbreaking approach in fostering collaboration and camaraderie among remote workers, providing them with a platform to participate in exciting sports activities and competitions regardless of their physical locations. Through this initiative, we aimed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle while simultaneously fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
By designing an intuitive and user-friendly interface, we strived to enhance the overall user experience and ensure seamless navigation throughout the game. Our focus was on creating an interactive and visually appealing interface that captivated the users and kept them engaged throughout the four-week journey.

Teasers & Score
One of the most significant challenges we faced while developing the 4-week game was to attract and retain players with a minimal churn rate. To achieve this, we recognized the potential of live competitions in driving engagement. As a result, we designed and implemented a dynamic score table that could be easily shared with team leaders and company managers.
The score table served as a central hub for tracking and comparing participants’ progress throughout the game. By making it accessible to team leaders and managers, we fostered a sense of healthy competition and motivation among the players. This visibility not only encouraged participants to strive for their best performance but also allowed management to recognize and appreciate their teams’ efforts.
To sustain excitement and maintain player interest, we took the initiative to deliver weekly teasers along with the updated score table. These teasers offered a glimpse into the upcoming challenges and activities, building anticipation and curiosity among the participants. Additionally, we included reminders about the exciting prizes at stake and congratulated the previous week’s winners, further fueling enthusiasm and competitiveness.
Our strategic combination of live competition, transparent scoring, and engaging teasers contributed to the overall success of the game, ensuring a remarkable user experience and minimizing drop-off rates throughout the four-week journey.
Timeline
The journey of creating the first-of-its-kind competitive space, comprising challenges, games, and personal and team tasks, was an exhilarating experience that seemed to pass by in a flash. Over the course of just 8 weeks, our team dedicated themselves to intensive work, striving to deliver an unparalleled user experience.

The success of the Cadence project exceeded all expectations, with outstanding participation rates and overwhelmingly positive responses from both the company’s employees and the client.
High Participation Rates: A remarkable 70% of the company’s employees who were assigned to the project actively participated in the challenges and games. This enthusiastic involvement demonstrated the appeal and engagement of the platform, as it managed to attract a significant majority of the target audience.
Impressive Completion Rates: Even more impressive was the fact that 95% of the participating employees completed all the competitions.
